For over 10 years, I have been working in HR within international companies, primarily in IT. I have progressed from recruiter to HR director, moving from operational roles to strategic business partnership. Today, I combine my talent management experience with individual coaching and career strategy.

I started my career in recruiting and then developed expertise in training, onboarding, development, and HR management within fast-growing international teams. I deeply understand business inner workings, decision-making processes, and the true background of career changes—because I have experienced them firsthand.
Alongside this, I grew as a mentor and later as a professional coach with an international ICF certification. The coaching approach allows me to help clients find not template advice but solutions that truly fit them.
